H3T Legacy Capital Partners is a private placement hedge fund operator designed to raise, manage and deploy equity capital into asset-specific opportunity funds created and managed by the partnership team. We are focused on, but not limited to, the commercial, multi-family and student housing sectors of the real estate industry.

Our founders and management team bring with them a wealth of experience in real estate, business operations and wealth management. We are actively promoting our first family of investment funds geared toward acquiring multi-family and student-housing communities in the southwestern United States and select supply-constrained student housing markets.
